Inspired by those moments, our Mountain Storm Bar is handcrafted with locally sourced Wagyu beef tallow from Hilltop Farm. Less commonly available than traditional beef tallow, Wagyu tallow is prized for its rich fatty acid profile and distinctive quality. Sourced in small quantities from Hilltop Farm Catskill Wagyu, it makes this bar a particularly special addition to our collection.
This bar brings together a fresh, botanical aroma and the rugged character of the mountains that inspired it.
